ABC’s OF SALVATION 

1. ADMIT to God that you are a sinner. Repent (ask for forgiveness) and turn away from your sin.

Romans 3:23 – “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”

Romans 6:23 – “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” 

2. BELIEVE that Jesus is the Son of God
     BELIEVE that God sent his SON to die for your sins.
     BELIEVE that God rose Jesus Christ from his grave on the THIRD day.

John 3:16 – “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

3. CONFESS Jesus as your Savior and Lord.

Romans 10:9-10 – “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

A prayer to accept Jesus Christ:

Dear Heavenly Father,

I admit that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe Jesus died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite Jesus to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow Jesus as my Lord and Savior.
In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
